- Cultivate leads and sell insurance products / policies
- Agency retention, new client follow up and cross-sell eligible products
- Provide risk management solutions to insurance clients
- Market widely recognized and respected insurance carriers
- Solicit new prospects; sell our insurance products and services
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders
- Serve as a resource and educate customers on their options and about insurance in general
Agency Requirements:
- Previous sales experience desired
- Must have WA Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance licenses prior to start of employment
- Training provided for qualified candidates
Skills:
Possess strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information to customers and potential customers and advise them of areas where financial protection may be needed or enhanced.

- One year of insurance sales or 2 years of general sales experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain carrier appointments
